My family and I had Wiseguise pizza about a month ago and it was amazing pizza, and the staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. Their pizza is great for when you have lots of family and friends over or just for you family night.

We went to the Prospect Store. It definitely wasn't what I expected. When arriving we weren't to sure if they were open, as the sign was the wrong way and said closed, so probably keep an eye on that. Upon entering the area in which the guests are expected to wait was quite cold and not a lot of space the stand. The girl who served us was very nice and patient as I was unsure what to get. We were told a wait of about 30 minutes, which became an hour wait which sucked but happens when you're busy. The girl who was training was doing well, she was polite but quiet and unsure of herself though I believe she will improve in time and be more confident in her role :).Got to say I was slightly disappointed with my pizza I had the EB AND IVE and it was just average, it didn't taste bad, but wasn't great either, probably just wasn't the pizza for me as I didn't enjoy it... I had 2-3 slices and didn't bother with the leftovers.BUT the garlic bread was a really cool idea and quite yummy. And you can tell that the produce that goes onto the pizzas is very good which is a plus and your staff are very friendly. I will probably come back and try a different pizza another time.

Well the pizzas are very good, but the service sets this place apart too, in a good way. We ordered at the Launceston Wise Guise. I had to ring for directions and the guy I spoke to was lovely about it, even though they were busy. After ordering, we decided we wanted to pick up from their Riverside outlet, as there was going to be a half hour wait and we wanted to get on the road and on our way home. They phoned the order through no problem, we had a five minute wait at Riverside where the girl behind the counter chatted amiably to us and was very polite in response to my visitor's suggestions that she should be wearing a bunny onesie because it was Easter. I spoke to a man from out the back in Launceston, and man from out the back at Riverside, and a girl from the front desk in each and they were all completely charming, helpful and obliging, with interesting beanies, earrings, nose rings and personal styling to boot. What a lovely place. Adding this to the list of great food spots that I give to my AirBnB guests for sure. Great addition to the Tamar Valley. Cheers guys!

Awesome pizzas and probably the best vegetarian (vegetali! pizza in Launceston. Unfortunately, quality is not consistent depending on the topping especially Tex Mex. However, when it's good it's real good

Easy to read menu, with plenty of options. Decent price for the quality, which is probably easily the best pizza in Launceston. Proper pizza cheese (often it is not), base is excellent mixture of chewy, crispy and soft in the right places. Sauces go with the toppings well. Fresh ingredients that I can taste and the meat is not the cheap kind. Staff on the phone (i usually get delivered) are always helpful and never have I had a mixed up order. Desserts I don't usually get anywhere, but these are worth trying so far I've tried the cal-zones of different varieties. Buon cibo!
