I have a minor learning disability and can often confuse my words or mix them up. Instead of allowing me to take a breath and try to reorder my drink heconstantly cut me off and inserted different options. Not impressed.

Additiona... read more We visited Tim Hortons this morning to place an order. We asked for a double double coffee, but it tasted like regular coffee and wasn't sweet enough. Additionally, we ordered a French vanilla, but it never arrived. They need to slow down, pay better attention, and ensure orders are accurate.

I waited 15 minutes in line with just four people ahead of me, and they all only ordered coffee. I ended up leaving.
