Jersey Mike's Subs - Rosemount

The quality of the meat is inconsistent, and it seems like there is a lack of quality control. Some days the food is great, while other days it's quite disappointing. I won't be returning to this location.

I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars because the food is absolutely delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and quick. The staff here are truly outstanding. Their subs are superior to those at Subway and even Jimmy John's. The prices are reasonable, and it's refreshing to have an option other than the typical burger and fries that most places in Rosemount offer.

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's, but I recommend waiting until winter to visit this location. The indoor temperature was uncomfortably high. I'm not sure if management is trying to save on energy costs, but keeping the air conditioning at such a high temperature isn't a wise choice. There was condensation forming in the meat and cheese cooler, the mayonnaise was starting to lose its consistency, and the staff looked like they were sweating. It felt more like ordering from a food truck than from Jersey Mike's.

There was a young man that worked there his name was immanual he went well and beyond his services to make sure that my order was right I appreciate that.

Manager disrespected employees verbally right in front me. Made me very uncomfortable and I felt bad for them. Also felt like employees were coerced to push for tips.
