What Tia Jenkins likes about Second Cup:
I regularly visit this Second Cup Café for a quick hot beverage in the morning. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to serve what I ask for. Today, I ordered a large "Bin 49" coffee with skim milk. Even though skim milk wasn't on display, the waitress graciously provided it without any hassle, despite there being a line of other customers.
