Rosetree Bistro - Feedback

What Julie D doesn't like about Rosetree Bistro:
I had lunch here. They have a number of pretty cheap $10) lunch specials that are good if you want to have a somewhat fancy e.g. steak and veggies) meal for a low price. I ordered the caesar salad with chicken and thought it was fine. The drinks from the fountain were kind of watered down, and the waitress seemed a little MIA at times. First time having lunch here and was happy with the food and service. Their lunch specials are a great low price option as well. I had the turkey burger and fries. Can’t say I’ve had many turkey burgers in my past to compare this one to, but I can say I enjoyed mine. The meat was juicy and was pretty tasty.
