This Pollo Loco in Rosemead is a very clean place, great customer service, great staff, friendly, delicious food, and the manager is very nice to all the customers, I like that she is so polite and friendly with all her customers. The app wasn't working properly, so I had to go in and order in store. Two stars for the wonky app. Five stars for the friendly helpful associates at the store. Three stars for the chicken whoa too salty!! But...five-stars for the mashed potatoes and the Mac n cheese. View all feedback.
