Cool Mirchi
Description
**A Mixed Experience at Cool Mirchi: A Culinary Adventure or a Disappointment?**
At Cool Mirchi, diners encounter a split experience. On one hand, the weekend buffet showcases outstanding non-vegetarian dishes, particularly the flavorful mutton biryani and curry, alongside a variety of vegetarian options. Enthusiastic patrons rave about the accommodating staff and consistently excellent carry-out service. However, complaints about subpar food quality, high prices, and disappointing customer service overshadow the positive aspects. Reports of long wait times, misleading pricing, and lackluster flavors leave some diners feeling cheated. With a need for more seating and improved ambiance, Cool Mirchi embodies both culinary promise and potential pitfalls, demanding careful consideration.

Restaurant timings shown in google are wrong. Very bad experience with staff , bad hospitality. Buffet was not ready till 12:20pm.
Very very worst food don’t waste your money please too much artificial color and very worst taste also… I am also chef i never say this much worst food in my life
They are just here to loot money The prices in the menu are completely different from the actual prices and the waiter didn’t even inform me about the prices instead he’s supporting his statement that the new menu books are being printed I don’t know how many years it’s gonna take to print the menus. The menu mentioned that large beer is for 6 99 But he charged 10 99 for the small beer which is senseless And the food takes 45 mins to deliver even for the butter milk And they don’t even feel apology for the customers complaints And the price hike is too much expensive than the original price Completely worthless ????
We were 7 people, with a pregnant woman in our party. It was a buffet on a weekend and the place was packed with people (not in a good way). They have more chairs in that place than they should be, which I’m sure is a violation of the max capacity. We felt suffocated the whole time and the temperature was constantly warm. And just after 40 minutes they were asking us to leave so that they can accommodate the people that are waiting outside. Rude! The food wasn’t so bad but not great too. Please don’t have more people than you can accommodate. Overhyped place for sure.
I had a very disappointing experience on Mother’s Day at this restaurant. The food was subpar and lacked flavor. The mutton dum biryani was supposed to have mutton, but it was just rice with seasoning—definitely not what I expected, especially as one of the first to take from the tray. The curd rice and bendi fry were overly salty, and the fish fry lacked any fish flavor. All the fried items were excessively colored and drenched in vinegar. The apricot dessert had no flavor at all; they should have named it a cake pudding instead. The rice pudding was far too sweet, registering a 15/10 on the sweetness scale, which is quite off-putting. They also didn’t refill the fruit salad after the initial serving. To top it all off, they charged $25 plus tax for a so-called Mother’s Day special buffet. It felt like they were just trying to make money instead of providing good food. Overall, I felt I wasted my money once again.
