When customers stop by for a quick coffee, they head straight to McDonald's. They often wait for about five minutes before they even ask to be served. Once their coffee is finally made, they taste it before leaving, likely because there’s a 75% chance they received the wrong order. Overall, the customer service is quite lacking.
The order was delayed, and one item was missing. They need to ensure they can fulfill all orders before taking them. Seriously.
They never ask for your BP Rewards card then refuse to add points. What’s the point of going here then? Every other retailer offering rewards asks you before you purchase. What’s worse is the attendant helped me with the app, but didn’t scan rewards!
