My orders have taken 15 minutes or longer, which is unacceptable. It seems they need to invest more in both training their employees and hiring additional staff. After a few more visits, I had to take away another star from my rating. The tables are consistently dirty, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Each time I place an order, I end up waiting a long time, and the food quality is not even worth it. I'm really disappointed.

I went after 10 to check the status and heard workers say among themselves gott, it wasn't even 5 minutes to go back and wait. Missed on objects and had to return to get what was missing. chicken pieces were small and sad looking.
