Dellis' Restaurant Bar Grill - Rosedale

We have been going Dellis’s with our family of 7 for a good while . They do have great food and amazing servers. Tonight they could not figure a way to accommodate our family of seven when I called . Sarah would rather turn us away than push two tables of 4 together . We tip more then their 18% mandatory tip charge . I am insulted by her lack of loyalty to a family who has been thankful and willing to pay extra for our servers who go the extra miles . Sarah maybe you should find another job possible not in customers service because you lack the skills and professionalism needed for the position you have now .

I was working in the Baltimore area for several months and found this restaurant by chance. I always had great service. I became a regular of Kristy, an excellent server and lovely human being. If you are in the area, you have to eat at Dellis.

Normally I would have rated Dellis' higher because they really do have great American/Greek food with fair prices in a cozy dining area and wait staff is great. DON'T GO on a Friday evening at 6 pm and expect to be able to have a conversation with your dinner party though. The music coming from the bar area is so loud you can barely hear yourselves talk. I recommend this place M-Th.

Very upset with this visit. Spent $164 for food and service (gratuity) and I felt like I got robbed when I left. Oysters on half shell were ok. Ordered grilled octopus and had to send it back, taste like it was fake. Ordered steamed shrimp as a replacement, and got dirty shrimp that were not deveined, my teenage niece would not even eat hers. Got alfredo with chicken and broccoli, both were from prepackaged frozen, then added to the Alfredo that was very underwhelming. Niece ordered a medium steak that she could barely cut through, so tough. Her cheesecake was delicious because it came from Ya Ya bakery up the street. Very disappointed with this place and will not be back. Waitress was nice.

10 family members met there, and everything was great, especially my Reuben Sandwich. We usually leave a 20-25% tip, but their mandatory tip amount of 18% is automatically added to the bill, so that is all the waitress received.
