I received spoiled mar far chicken! I noticed the smell was off, then looked down to see blue and black mold spots all over it. I called to let them know and offered to bring it back for a refund and the manager refused.I’ve been going to Kowloons since I was a kid and loved it for years. A cute restaurant with a nice ambience. However This is an unfortunate outcome, and I will not be going back. View all feedback.
The mar phar chicken was burnt and dry. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and got two orders of mar phar instead. Fried rice was burnt. I'm so sad ....they used to be so good. Never going back.
The food is usually delicious, but adding celery to a lot of dishes I'm guessing as filler is the worst. They always make the best drinks.

Will NEVER go back to Kowloons again. Had to send the BBQ Prk back due to being grey in color and dry as the Sahara. Then....I found a BUG in my food. THEY asked if we wanted to take the food home. HELL NO! She then asks if the bug was off the table, and proceeded to say that they just sprayed for them last week. OMG! ! Why would it matter if it was off the table or food. And to top it all off...WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
Food was undercooked mostly cheap filler vegetables small portions of meat for the price I was sorely disappointed and to top it off they tracked on a 18.5 percent gratuity to the bill That's B.S. I'll never go back
