Dutch Bros Coffee - Roseburg

I love going to this restaurant for their coffee, it is definitely worth it. The taste, price, and variety of choices are all excellent. The service is top-notch, with a very efficient take-out option. The overall meal experience is great, with a price range of $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5.

This was my first time at this Dutch Bros Coffee location, and I usually frequent Dutch Bros Coffee shops in different areas. However, I have never experienced poor customer service like I did here. After placing my order, the two female employees ignored me and were talking amongst themselves. They even complained about the smell of white chocolate, which was the flavor of the white chocolate mocha I had ordered. I was there with my daughter, who works in healthcare and had just found out that one of her patients had passed away only an hour and a half before we arrived. I noticed that the employees did not stir my drink, so it tasted bitter at first until I mixed it myself. It was not as sweet as I had expected. This was definitely not the typical customer service I have come to expect from Dutch Bros. The employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than interacting with customers. They did not even ask us how our night had been. While I will not say that this is a bad store, as it was my first time there, it was definitely a disappointing experience.

Dutch bros always has fast service no matter the location and the sat are always fun and nice! Now of they could just come to Toronto ontario, that would be great lol Service: 5

This location loves to cram as much ice as possible into the cups, they get snippy if you ask for light ice. Also very slow compared to other Roseburg locations. Service: 2
