They don't even make an effort to inform customers waiting at the window that they're closed. We sat there for 10 minutes before the girl inside finally acknowledged us, even though all the lights were still on and someone was moving around inside. It's frustrating to have to give a 1-star rating to a local business, but this kind of situation seems to happen repeatedly.

It was frustrating because not all of the staff had the same closing hours. The employee who was closing on 03/12/22 around 5:49 PM was extremely rude and unhelpful when we arrived. She wouldn't open the window to serve us and simply indicated that they were closed. If they want to close early, they should clearly communicate that. We are regular coffee customers and found this experience to be incredibly disrespectful.

Although I didn't catch the name of the person who served me, she definitely knows how to keep customers happy. The service was efficient for a takeout order, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I would highly recommend trying their chai latte. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging between $1-$10. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5.
