I come here often and today was the first bad experience I had. I pulled into the drive through and it took 15minutes to get my coffee. I had also asked for a cookie and never got it, then asked about it and got ignored so I just left. Other than today the coffee and service has also been good. I love their coffee! The service is very nice. I have been going here for years. This is a take-out restaurant with a variety of meal options. The price per person is $1–10. The food is excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The service and atmosphere are also top-notch, both receiving a rating of 5.
Today, on October 19, 2023 at 5:55 pm, I purchased a chai latte from this restaurant. It was the best chai I have ever had. Although I didn't catch the name of the person who served me, she definitely knows how to keep customers happy. The service was efficient for a takeout order, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I would highly recommend trying their chai latte. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging between $1-$10. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5.
