I knew it was their standard greeting, when the next customer entered and I heard... read more The greeting was the most pleasant thing I have ever heard Eight more minutes. I knew it was their standard greeting, when the next customer entered and I heard the raspy voice becon across the store Five more minutes. I collected my purchases and made my way to the counter. I placed the items on the counter and the two staff members were badgering back and forth until my total was called out. I paid with my card and received confirmation chime from the machine and the staff members paid no attention and continued on with their closing procedures. I asked are we good and got a yeah . As I collected my items, I left reassure that I will not return. As I was sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot, the overhead light halted, and I was astonished. One star for the variety of products, one star for the decor.... Don 't waste your time... visit the BP. The employees there are friendlier than at the Shell!

If you're under 21 and go into this place to assist with carrying drinks, your parents aren't allowed to purchase alcohol while you're present. It's a strange rule that doesn't seem to be enforced anywhere else in the state. The gas is fine, but I wouldn't recommend buying drinks here.

There was a noticeable absence of common sense and basic customer service. Just a heads up, I visited on July 5th, 2021, around 5:15 PM. If possible, I would recommend avoiding it.
