The staff, including the waiters and chef, are friendly and attentive. I ordered three gluten-free options and found that Jack's Burger was the standout (and I typically only eat meat a week out of the month)! I might have to return before leaving Roscommon. The place filled up quickly, creating an ambiance filled with music and laughter. Additionally, there is a pool table and a volleyball court on-site.
