Many McDonald's locations have a problem with their customer service. We prefer not to use kiosks for ordering and don't utilize the drive-thru. The experience at this restaurant has its ups and downs. Every time my stepbrother and I visit, they seem to mess up his order. He always asks for just ketchup, yet they consistently add onions as well. When he tries to address the issue, the manager already seems to be aware but avoids making eye contact. I think McDonalds at 405 N. 5th St. should keep McGriddles in stock as they are the only item I like to eat and they were out of them this morning....
