What Sam K dislikes about Sabrosa:
Their verde sauce tasted sour and the manager had the audacity to tell ME that maybe my taste buds are off. Worst experience service wise and food wise. Will never go back View all feedback.

The food here is of excellent quality and very reasonably priced! If you stick to the classic Tex-Mex dishes, you won’t be disappointed. You have the option to substitute onions and cilantro for salad, tomatoes, and cheese on your tacos. If you choose items that are closer to authentic Mexican cuisine, you’ll get a great experience there too. I tried the special, which included a taco (with onions and cilantro), an enchilada (with hot sauce), and pork with ranchero sauce on the side, along with rice and spicy pinto beans. Both the taco and enchilada were just as I had hoped, with just the right amount of sauce on the enchilada. The pork was surprisingly delicious, featuring a thin crispy crust and tender, juicy meat inside. The portion sizes exceeded my expectations. You could really tell that the beans were made from scratch and seasoned perfectly with the ranchero sauce.

Excellent! This is the best Tex-Mex I've had in a long time. The portions are incredibly generous.

This restaurant serves authentic, comforting food that is genuinely satisfying. Be sure to try the queso birria tacos—they're amazing! The bar is still being built, but I'm excited for it to open soon.

A bit expensive but worth every penny for true authentic Mexican food. Not loaded down with seasoning salt and msg which I try to avoid. Made fresh to order every time. Always happy when I leave. If you want a healthier Mexican food and don't mind spending a few extra bucks this is the place.
