Super homey feel! If you’re visiting Roscoe or driving past I would definitely give it a try. A nice simple diner with great food and amazing service! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I can't think of a better place to break up your drive from NYC to Niagara. Spitting distance from route 17, even the time sensitive driver can't argue with this pitstop. Prices are reasonable if you're used to downstate pricing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
This has been a favorite stop of mine for over 20 years. I always stop here whenever I come out this way. The food is amazing- no corners cut. Fresh baked cakes, pies and pastries. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. Well worth a visit. My favorite sandwich is the Monte Cristo with a side of turkey gravy. The beer-battered Haddock and old fashion French Toast are also winners. Service: Dine in
Love that they serve breakfast all day. Meatloaf was good too! Staff very friendly- bathrooms can be cleaner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Everything was pretty average from the food to ambience to the service. We didn’t go in expecting a fine dine restaurant, and we kind of got what we expected. my friends got the burgers while I got the chicken parm. The chicken Parm itself was quite nice, but the salad and spaghetti accompanying it were pretty disappointing. My friends found their burgers to be pretty average as well. Unfortunately, not a lot of restaurants are open in the area during weekdays, so you might have to come here to get lunch, but just taper your expectations accordingly.
