The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend it. Ordered a chocolate shake and fries.The shake came to me only 75% full.When I made a comment about it, neither of the guys (young) made an offer to rectify the... read more Ordered a chocolate shake and fries.The shake came to me only 75% full.When I made a comment about it, neither of the guys (young) made an offer to rectify the issue.And it could have been made better of either of them had at least a smile as they told me they only have one size of shake.That did not explain the less than full only size shake they gave me.Worst waste of money this whole trip.You guys made my impression of Hardee's solid.Never again.

While they did refund the sandwich, the attitude was unacceptable. My husband’s meal was fine, which is the only reason I’m giving any stars.
