I opt for 2 crepes with scoops of ice cream and nutella for €5.18 (not the price shown! , the person serving doesn't cook the crepes, they stick to the machine, the crepe is almost burnt, forget the flavor of ice cream you want, industrial ice cream, modify your website where you brag about delicious ice cream . No more cutlery having to go get some ourselves and given the state of the cutlery, the dishwasher and need to be changed!!! The friendliness of the staff when it comes to ice cream, pancakes , a smile costs nothing, a hello goodbye doesn't cost anything either! And this allows me to tell myself that the Flunch card is useless, why does Flunch offer it then? I have to scan it myself! Price on the rise but quality to be reviewed. Your competitor across the street is much better and cheaper! 10€36 throw in the trash! Or go through flunch that I knew 15 20 years ago. I am a loyal customer, but I will not come back again. And after paying we were informed that there was no more cup and my son was given a pair of scooby doo socks! So false advertising! Please update your promos! Arrival at 6:55 p.m., first at the grill/burger level: served at 7:15 p.m. with a Steak in my beef bacon burger as thick as that of the children's menus (no onions, no salad, no tomatoes, no cheese... almost €9 for a rock-hard piece of toast and 2 slices of bacon). The chef was so overwhelmed that he asked me 3 times to cook my meat only to tell me that he had not yet cooked my steak after 10 minutes... Fortunately I wanted to bleeding ! Barely cooked fries, hard as hell. And having seen one of the guys put them in the dish, the oil must not cost them much considering how it was dripping from their transfer “salad bowl”! So €40 for 1 adult and 2 children... With the cooks lost from the start of the service, an incomprehensible wait and cold and disappointing dishes... Go to McDonald's!
