Whatever the reason, nothing justifies this prohibition. It is the customer himself who pays for his menu as well as the logistics to prepare it but given the reviews on this restaurant, customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.

The temperature of the room goes with it, we had difficulty taking off our jackets.
