I wanted to highlight the lack of attention on the part of the kitchen which served a vinegary ingredient on the plate of my friend who clearly clarified her al... read more I wanted to highlight the lack of attention on the part of the kitchen which served a vinegary ingredient on the plate of my friend who clearly clarified her allergy to vinegar to the server. I am talking here about a severe allergy which immediately triggers angioedema and ends in tragedy if the situation is not taken urgently. Fortunately my friend always has an anti-stamine with her, but it still left her with a burnt palate and she finished her meal with very unpleasant burning sensations! We were even more disappointed by the reaction of the person who cashed us when we specified this part of the meal and who showed no consideration, not the slightest sign of empathy and even less an apology which would have been the minimum to do or a small commercial gesture to this lack of responsibility. Too bad... because the rest was very good.
