Ate at the food truck at an event. The veggie fi burger is my go to at the brick and mortar locations. The one from the food truck was delicious although they advertised a Swiss cheese and American came out on the burger. Tried the food truck out today and I was not pleased. I asked for my burger to be medium and it was burnt and bitter. The fries were the only edible thing left to eat. What a waste! ? I had to drive over so it simply was not convenient to go back. Thumbs down!
They give you what ever they want then when you call to complain can not get thru get voicemail and full when you get in touch with corporate there number is disconnected useless and no customer service better to do a charge back
I placed an online order at the BurgerFi on Glades Road and the orders were backed up between 20-30 minutes plus my food sat for a few minutes because the staff didn't have the decency to call out names for online orders. It was ridiculous. Food is great yet the customer service is horrible.
Jaz took such good care of us! She was great. I love burger fi the burgers we’re delish and fast service.
