We had lunch at a lunchbar located in a renovated chapel/church. There are indoor seats available, including on the upper floor, but since it was a beautiful summer day, we opted to sit on the terrace. It was very peaceful with minimal traffic noise. The menu offers a small selection of items that change weekly, all freshly prepared. They also serve homemade lemonades. We tried two vegan dishes from the menu: the curry (€17) and the vegan mix Comptoir (€19), which consisted of a selection of items from the counter. Both dishes were tasty but could have used an extra element like tempeh or seitan. We couldn't resist trying the vegan cakes for dessert, including a walnut cake (€5.50) and cheezecake (€6.50). Overall, we had a pleasant lunch experience. The staff was friendly, but the prices are a bit on the expensive side. The prices are consistent and the menu is updated regularly. I had a fantastic vegan bouillabaisse from the rotating menu at this restaurant. They always offer at least one vegan main course option, including a delicious vegan cheesecake.

This charming restaurant located in a passage in Ronse pleasantly surprised us! Although the entrance to the passage was a bit unclear due to construction work, once inside we discovered a hidden gem. It is home to the restaurant Envie and an organic health food store, offering a selection of carefully curated products and fresh items. The restaurant always has vegan dishes available and also provides gluten-free options, clearly marked on the menu. We enjoyed the sweet balls as an appetizer and the daily suggestion of filled portobello, both of which were original and delicious. The converted church design allows guests to sit on the indoor terrace and admire the beautiful wooden ceiling structures. Be sure to have a chat with the lovely staff.

There were two vegan dishes on the menu: the curry (17€ and the mix Comptoir/vegan (19€ a selection of items from the counter. Both dishes were nice, but could use some extra bite (like some tempeh, seitan or such. Since there are vegan cakes available for dessert, we could not resist.
