I must have driven by more than 20 times and even pulled into the parking lot, but they were always closed. It turns out they shut down by 4 PM, which is inconvenient for me due to my daytime job. The food was delicious; I would describe it as a unique American twist on tacos and burritos. The prices were also quite reasonable. One suggestion I have is for them to offer a spicier salsa that’s closer to an authentic recipe instead of just Cholula. The drive-thru service was quick when it came to taking my order and processing my payment. My food was ready in no time; honestly, I wouldn’t have minded waiting up to ten minutes. I was excited to see churros on the menu, and they had them available. I ordered the apple-filled churros, and they were delightful. I would definitely come back, but since I work during the day, I usually can’t make it until after 5 PM.

I politely pointed out that she had doubled the price and showed her the menu where the correct price was listed. She argued that there was an additional charge for "huh." I explained that the menu price already included everything. She insisted I speak to the manager. This restaurant used to be good, but I will not be returning as long as they are dishonest and confrontational.

Call a plumber y 'all, and maybe just maybe you 'll sell enough food, that you won 't have to have it sitting in the fridge long enough for the meat to turn ?‍ Interesting tactic on the pretend they weren 't a real customer thing .. but one sniff of your drive through (or food) will prove otherwise .. and maybe next time a customer asks for a refund because your meat is rancid, you 'll actually refund it instead of treating them like a criminal for daring to ask ? .. and I 100% was NOT blocking your drive through when I came in to ask for the refund!

The excessive oil melts the shell, breaks it in half, and ends up all over me. I wish they would drain the fat off the taco meat. I would opt for the soft shell tacos instead, but I prefer crunchy. This has happened repeatedly, not just once. Additionally, the taco meat is minimally seasoned and tastes bland. I hope they can improve the seasoning of their taco meat.

Upon returning to have my order corrected, the man at the front counter accused me of lying about my request. While I was willing to just receive a refund, he theatrically tossed the food in the garbage and commented that there are worse things in life to be upset about. This behavior, along with previous encounters of disrespect from the staff, has left me with a negative impression of this family-owned establishment. Despite some friendly staff members, the overall attitude towards patrons at this restaurant overshadows the quality of the food. I have been silent about past incidents, but I can no longer overlook the mistreatment of customers at this establishment.
