It was a tremendous disappointment, as I had always... read more We sat there for 15 minutes without even anyone coming to take our drink orders, let alone our food orders. It was a tremendous disappointment, as I had always looked forward to dining here. I've traveled to six continents and over 90 countries, and this has been my top choice. I felt embarrassed in front of my family. The menus were old and tattered, with selections crossed out using a Sharpie, and the floors were dirty. No one greeted us when we entered; we were just left standing by the door. It was hard to tell who was working there, as the only server we saw was at the bar, enjoying a large drink. I asked the bartender if we should seat ourselves, and the server at the bar surprisingly replied, "Yeah, sit anywhere." We did sit down, but that was the extent of the service. After waiting another 15 minutes, we decided to leave. We walked right past the server, who didn’t even make eye contact. It was disgusting and so disappointing. I'm very sad about this experience.

Yeah, I can’t even remember her name, and she didn’t bother to introduce herself. I had to pry it out of her, which is kind of a red flag. Drinks were nothing to write home about. I went for a Jack & Ginger Ale, but honestly, it tasted like whatever whiskey they had lying around. Honestly, I probably won’t be back. It felt like the staff couldn’t care less about serving customers or even answering questions. Not the vibe I was looking for.

The portion size is huge so bring your appetite. Will be returning.

If you want your servers to remember your name, wear a name tag. This is a BAR grille, and is exactly what is advertised. Good vibes, good food, weird smells, good music and fun.

However, there were a few things that detracted from the experience. The music played was so loud that it made it hard to have a conversation; we found ourselves straining to hear one another. Additionally, the air conditioning was overly cold, creating an uncomfortable chill in the room. It would be wonderful if management could lower the music volume and adjust the temperature for a more enjoyable dining atmosphere.
