I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service. My coffee was prepared incorrectly multiple times, with old cream ruining the taste. After complaining on September 20th at 9:50 am, a staff member assured me that I could return and mention my name from the book to get a replacement. However, when I went back to get my coffee replaced, I was informed that there was no book and that they wouldn’t replace it unless the same person was there. This whole situation was quite frustrating. The owner really dropped the ball by making false promises. I’ve decided to drive an extra three miles to another location because I'm tired of spending $75 a week on coffee and only being able to enjoy half of it. This experience was far from satisfactory, Rachel!
The coffee at this location is consistently hot and fresh. I appreciate how quickly they serve customers, even during busy times, as I've never had to wait in line for very long. The staff is also very friendly.
DO NOT GIVE THIS POORLY MANAGED LOCATION YOUR MONEY!!!! Read on, This Tim Horton prior to Covid was the best around! With lots of great food and nice workers, they were open 24/7 Since Covid closure this place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The workers are RUDE! And most importantly THEY DONT HAVE DONUTS AT 8AM!?!?!? HOWWW??? I’ve tried several times thinking maybe I went at a day or time but nope! Always low or out of food they should have!! Always a wait even if just you in line, what a disappointment!!!!
The staff were incredibly friendly during my visit. I arrived at 7:30 AM, and while the drive-thru was quite busy, the dining area was initially slow but picked up quickly. I ordered the omelette bites and was hoping for a classic old-fashioned donut, but unfortunately, that wasn’t available, and most of the donut options were out of stock. I decided not to substitute with anything else. The omelette bites were only slightly warmed and lacked flavor, but I finished them anyway. However, the manager was fantastic and offered a refund for my order. The coffee, on the other hand, was hot and delicious. I would have rated the experience three stars, but the manager's attentiveness and commitment to improving my experience made it deserving of a higher rating.
They never have the same donuts that I find at any other Tim Hortons I've visited.
