Delicious sandwiches that are really warps minen, was called a chickensalwarma my 1st time eating near east eating and it was amazing. great service, friendly people. I'll be back when I'm in the opposite.
This place is one of the best places I've ever had in detroit. I flew from houston texas to have this lever shell. everything in the menu is excellent. I also love the lens soup. beautiful family buses. the chef is super, great server and always happy and smiling faces.
I enjoyed the mixed kafta with rice and lemon chicken soup. The soup was delicious, with spices that were used subtly and fragrant. The beef/lamb kafta was tasty, but the chicken kafta was exceptional, and the mandelreis was a fantastic complement. I highly recommend Beirut Restaurant!
I travel a lot and this is one of those rare restaurants that will make me remember a whole city. If I lived in Detroit I'd be eating here all the time. Where do I start? I'm a tea snob. The iced tea was noticeably good. Strong, flavorful, and fresh. I ordered the mixed grill to sample a bit of everything. Most places if you order four kinds of meat, they'll miss the mark on one or two. Not here. All of the meats were great, tender, flavorful. The lamb soup was great. Even the rice was great. Not sure I've ever raved about rice before, but here we are. Portions were large and prices were reasonable. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. Great service, too. The waitress seemed like she might also be the owner/manager, and she went out of her way to explain the menu and was very attentive and nice. Can't wait to come back!
