Panda Express - Romeoville

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead at this location. I ordered two plates online, and I arrived at the time my order was scheduled to be ready, however they were busy and had a long line so I figured I would ask someone if it was ready or how much longer the wait would be, because I understand restaurants get busy so I didn’t mind waiting a little bit for my order. When I asked, the lady with blonde short hair rudely said she’ll make the order when the line is done, so I waited at the end of the line, but once it was my turn, she rudely said she has to use the bathroom first. More customers came in so there was a longer line now and she ignored me and once again said she’ll make my order once she takes everyone else’s orders. I waited in my car for 15 minutes, and then I got in line again, and once it was my turn she finally made my order. At this point, it was already an HOUR since my order was supposed to be ready at. And the whole time she was giving me lookslike I understand places get busy but I literally got my online order an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and I’ve never had this issue with any other place

Seriously waste of money. This tastes nasty and stale. Noodles was so nasty. The kung pao. Was semi decent. But I swear never again. Panda do better.

Was craving panda since I had not had it in a long time. I ordered via Uber eats and when order arrived it was missing an entree. They are careless and will not give you credit since it was not ordered directly.

Really and service, we were waiting for at least 15-20 minutes to get some of the food we wanted and it never came out. The manager he doesn’t even care about the customers and he is rude. Never coming back

Smaller portions at this location. They also undercook the chicken at times. Racist towards black people I’ve had my own encounters and thought I was too in my own head but then my family and friends have experienced the same treatment. I will not be returning and I will have to contact corporate regarding these concerns. That’s pretty sad that they get away with things like this.
