Wonderful room and a nice breakfast. The room was a king suite. A previous guest had forgotten their child's clothes in one of the drawers. The fact that this was missed by those cleaning was a little concerning but it wasn't a problem for us . The overall review for the room was a 98 the cleaning was 75.

Great Customer Service, walked in an felt welcomed right away. Staff was friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast was good each morning. Rooms were clean, yes doors might have to be replaced here soon, since they look older, but what hotel doesnt have something. Location is great, not far from restaurants, arcade places, zoo.. etc. Pool is nice and warm, not to cold for the kids. Overall, I recommend this place!

Fairly clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Beds could have been more comfy. Very nice stay for one night on my road trip. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean for the most part, but the pillows smelled like sweat which tells me the cases havent been changed between guests. I had to put my shirt over it to mask the smell, not to mention that I had to put 3 of them on top of each other just to raise my head. We stay here every time we come to the airport, and that won't change. I'll just bring my own pillows next time. The overnight girl was on a personal call while I was trying to check out and wasn't very friendly but the breakfast lady and the 2nd shift guy were very pleasant.

The hotel was clean but the bed was too hard! The first stop upon returning home is to the chiropractor. The staff was nice, although my only interactions were during check-in and out.
