I don't usually like raw food, but that's really incredible. everything had amazing taste and felt very gourmet / high-end. the cook is clearly very talented and knows how to coat taste. would recommend to everyone, my omni friend loved it and he is not the kind of person to enjoy raw vegan food. some great use of molecular gastronomy also, including delicious foams. I also really liked that the desserts did not taste like their classic vegan cheesecake with dates and nuts, and were much more complex and more demanding.
