Most restaurants were packed but this location had some seats open so we sat down sidewalk side. (Red flag no customers on a Fri night. The waiter was polite. Brought our drinks took our order. THE FOOD not good at all. My spaghetti w/ meatballs was fairly greasy salty. The meatballs didn't taste fresh at all. Ate what I could but all in all I wouldn't come back or recommend. Giving 2 stars for the service.

We just landed in Rome in the morning and needed a place to spend a little time before checking into our hotel. We walked around and decided on this place. We sat outside and enjoyed the perfect view of the Piazza Venezia. This was a great place for people watching as well. We ordered a couple of cappuccinos and a tiramisu. They were both excellent and fairly priced. This was the perfect place to relax before heading out on a day of walking around Rome. The service was fast and efficient. I took off one star because they claimed my credit card needed a pin (which it didn't have) so I had to pay in cash. This is the only place in Italy where I had this issue. However, I had some cash so it wasn't a huge issue. Just make sure you have some on you when you visit this place.
