Soho Hibachi - Rome

I’m sure the people who own it and cook are great. The cashiers, never are. Anytime you mention a food allergy they just say “it has it in it.” Without asking to see if it can be removed or cooked without the food that causes the allergy. They do nothing to see if they can assist their customers with food allergies. They just stare at you like you’re stupid. If I was the owners/manager I’d fire them for poor customer service. Dietary restrictions: Wouldn’t see if they could accommodate a meal without allergens

They ask for a tip up front but you get all your own condiments and drink. That's not good business. Made me feel obligated to tip and at the same time upset that they are asking Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

LOTS of good food for your money! Not the nicest looking restaurant inside or out, but the quality and quantity of food keep me coming back. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My favorite hibachi on this planet! I always make time to stop in Rome Ga and eat here when ever I can

Food was good the spring rolls tasted amazing but we're absolutely tiny I mean half the size of a regular spring roll. Server was more preoccupied with her phone and side duties seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Good prices over all. I will come back.
