The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. They offer a wide variety of ice cream flavors and toppings. All food is made to order, so it is recommended to order a small portion. My visit to the restaurant was okay. I brought my whole family for ice cream, but had trouble paying because my card's chip kept saying it was bad. The manager, an elderly woman, couldn't get the chip to work either and asked for another form of payment. When I explained I didn't have another form of payment, she seemed frustrated and said she didn't know what to do. This was embarrassing as other customers were around. My original cashier offered to pay for me, but I declined and asked if they could manually enter my card information. Thankfully, a helpful employee named Justin came to the rescue and processed my payment. Despite the manager's lack of handling the situation well, the rest of the staff were passionate and helpful. I will still return and recommend the restaurant because the ice cream was great. However, I believe the manager could benefit from leadership and customer service training to handle simple issues better in the future.

Ordered their Haddock sandwich special to go. The food was excellent, and the servings were large.
The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious and the service is friendly. The peanut butter soft serve may not have a strong peanut butter flavor, but it is still tasty.
