I had the best customer service experience ever! My steak was overcooked, but the waitress noticed right away. The manager also saw it as it came out of the kitchen. They quickly replaced it with a perfectly cooked steak. The waitress was amazing, and the manager was very professional. I can't wait to return! View all feedback.

Outback of Rome has always been nothing but Great. Service is awesome and the staff is always friendly. The food always comes out as ordered and tastes great.

Had a great birthday dinner experience with family with very friendly atmosphere and very attentive waiter that was awesome taking care of anything we needed

Our waitress was great. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and the food was superb. It was crowded but we really didn't wait long...
