Order was to be picked up at 245 when I arrived at kfc it was 245 .The order had not been started and I was told by manager he was alone and it would be a couple minutes then the manager went and took a car order and filled it then manager again took another car order and I reminded him that my pick up time was 245 it was 3 pm there was also another customer at the counter waiting to place an order at this point manager again raised his voice hollering at me again saying he is the only one working I explained I understand that but why are you taking and filling new orders when people are waiting for an order placed an hour ago .I did not check the bag when I left and I absolutely was robbed I did not receive the 8 chicken tenders I payed for I also received only 4 biscuits was soposed to be 6 and I am not exaggerating the biscuits were very hard you could not even cut them in half with a knife the completely crumbled .
