The drive-thru speaker system needs repairs, as it can be difficult to hear and understand what is being said. I had to ask the staff to repeat themselves multiple times. However, the food is good, and the customer service is satisfactory. View all feedback.

The staff were a bit curt in the driveway, and we didn't receive any blizzards as expected. Also, my cone didn’t have the usual drizzle of DQ topping. However, these are minor inconveniences. The ice cream machine was always working, which is a plus.
He waited nearly 30 minutes for his meal. When I finally arrived at the window, I saw three younger staff members laughing and complaining about their duties.

Stopped in for one of their great shakes. Didn’t know flavor or size till they made statements that helped me to decide exactly what I was looking for.
