These bojangles are somehow like Cheers it is where everyone knows your name, even your voice through the Drive-Thru speaker! Always hot and fresh and served with a smile. The only drawback is that after 2nd love that I have a lot of time to be able to get breakfast, and I don't have to hurry to get there before a deadline of 10:30. The cookies are the best! Best Bojangles in Rome they have Plan Gravy and the line moves quickly. Plan white gravitation can't believe the others don't have it. Keep the good work
The gentleman that works the drive thru here we've placed our order with a few times is always so professional, kind, courteous and very efficient. The food has always been fresh. If the guy is not the manager he needs to be promoted to one. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for making delicious breakfast!
Always good food. Orders are correct. But this place isn't open all day unfortunately.
Been by twice in 9 days, wasn't open either time. Don't waste your time, ........ go the one at/near floyd hospital. Dates and times i was there were thurs 4/14 pprox 4 30, and sat 4/16 3 00 closed during peak times. If i could of given it 0 stars I would. Complained, but no one contacted me back
I have known Keith for many years and he is definitely the people pleasing guy. He cares about his customers and by far is the best bojangles in Floyd County. When you order something as small as just bacon and make it crunchy bacon well Keith has it made just perfect and he?s not stingy with any of his foods. You ask for something extra, by goodness that?s what you get. Plenty of it. Great customer service and food service.
