Cold pretzels, even colder prepackaged cheese sauce. Slushies are not great. Over all I would not recommend.

We loved it! We are not Americans, so have never had such a thing before and when I tried to explain the server, the different options they were less than helpful, but put that beside the pulpits and caramel sauce were amazing and we will definitely return. The mall is never very busy so there were many seats and the chocolate milkshake was beautiful.

We usually have a good experience, but tonight (5:50) not so much. My daughter ordered a regular pulpit when we left the mall, got to the car and were not satisfied! Cold hard bezel that she literally had to tear the overhauled ground halfway to chew it. Serve fresh food or not at all. Nobody likes to waste their money so you can save yours. Word of advice... Watch your quality control or you lose business.

Cooking the food is more important than the people buying it. They were yelled from the back of the store to ask what we wanted. We had to repeat ourselves. We walked away.

We absolutely loved it! As non-Americans, we’ve never experienced anything like this before. While I didn’t find the server very helpful when I asked her to explain the different options, that didn’t overshadow our enjoyment. The pretzels with caramel sauce were incredible, and we will definitely be coming back. The mall was quite empty, so there was plenty of seating available, and the chocolate milkshake was delightful.
