Applebee's - Rome

Wow, great service and food. First medium rare steak, that was. Delicious! The first-class rib sandwich of the woman was also great. Our server, Heather was great! Thanks to the forgotten people on the back to make the food. Excellent experience.

Very busy because of mother's day. But the food was hot fresh and good. Enjoyed the blue hawaiian and the bahama mama drinks very much. They were mixed well.. Our wait time for food was good even tough it was very busy. Waitress was polite and friendly. Seating was ok only because we were right next to where they take and deliver the to go orders. Overall it was pleasant.

That was one of the cleanest and best-managed Applebee's I have visited. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious.

I went out for dinner with a friend, and we were promptly seated. We ordered our meals; I had the Quesadilla Burger while my friend chose the blackened salmon. The food was excellent! Our waiter, Cody, was very attentive and resourceful, making sure that the area he worked in was clean as well.

It can be hit or miss at times. The waitstaff is generally friendly and attentive. Occasionally, the food might take a little longer to arrive, but I was pleasantly surprised with my last few meals. The Bourbon Street Steak was sizeable and cooked to perfection. The Winton Tacos never disappoint. The beverage selection is also quite good. Overall, it's pretty solid food for a chain restaurant.
