Staff were friendly and helpful. Im not sure why reviews were bad.

We crossed the road seated promptly then the guy walks off gets in his, sits there for a few seconds another family come along sat promptly given menus, we are being waited by a young girl who soon realises no menus, we said can we order drinks she walks off!!!! Then a middle aged lady comes after a good fifteen minutes and said would you like to order! The guy at this point is shouting at everybody walking past trying to get them into the restaurant…… the guy the came to us saying are you only a two, yes he said well you may have to move if I get a four hummmmmmm you told us to sit here also how come you didn’t say the same thing to another family…. Anyway food came which was lovely I must say well done the chef … on asking for the bill the guy says oh no tip added as I was paying he shouted across to another person and said oh that’s rights no tip added don’t forget my tip. Two staff smoking handling food Doesn’t look great outside a restaurant. Wished I read the reports before I stopped or I would have given this place a miss. If this guy is the owner he is in the wrong career …..

I ordered two cappuccinos (5 euros each and a tiramisu (10 euros . I asked for the prices when I ordered, and the service was friendly. The outdoor tables and restrooms were clean, and with a 2 euro service charge, I paid a total of 22 euros. While many reviews of the food are negative, the coffee seems decent.

We had an anti pasta, 3 beers, and 2 spritzes and our bill was 195€ or $212. For the anti pasta, they charged us by number of guests, so the prosciutto stated 6€ on the menu, but they charged us 30€ on the bill. We only want Froccia bread, the server said let me bring you want they have it’s our bad, but still feel taken advantage of by the restaurant.
