There were not many places to eat and there was a home made wooden sign that said Food with a... read more We were walking down the Appian Way (Appia Anitca) and got hungry. There were not many places to eat and there was a home made wooden sign that said Food with an arrow. We thought we would go. This was on via degli Eugenii. It was about 1/4 mile walk and we thought we were going nowhere when we came to a tennis club. It looked like they just had a small snack bar. When we when inside in the back was the most amazing restaurant. It was beautiful! Not at all expected. They had Wi-Fi and the owners were eating there and greeted us personally.
