The person preparing the trapiz... read more When I pass by Termini I always order a trapizzino but I need to review the behavior towards customers while I was being served. The person preparing the trapizzino was talking to a colleague. The preparation of everything was slowed down by this chat which didn't even stop when my tea-away was delivered. Instead of a thank you and goodbye, they handed me the bag while they continued to chat. All this while the third person dismantles the extractor hood with the food underneath. Cleaning is done when all the food is in the refrigerators, not while the food is being served.
