The owner, Silvia,... read more We fund Sistorante as we walked a side street a few blocks away from the Vatican Museums. Food is truly Italian, quite tasteful and delicate. The owner, Silvia, strives to make everyone feel as they were actually eating at her home! We certainly did, and it made our meal even more pleasant! We enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere so much that we went back for lunch a few days later, and lunch was just as great, with plenty of veggies options!!!! Wonderful Italian experience and at reasonable prices!

We stuck to the veggies and the aubergine and mozerella was to die for! Relaxed service and friendly.
