We have often been to this place to get take-away pizzas, not for the average quality of the products nor for the particular friendliness, speed, kindness of the staff, but only for a practical reason: it is close to home. After what happened tonight, obviously we won't set foot there again... not even a finger! You know the joke about Italian, German and French? Well, here we have a basketball player and a regular customer. We arrive at the pizzeria and order two takeaway pizzas, the girl informs us that the wait will be about 15 minutes. I'm over 50 and I need glasses to read, but luckily I hear very well. The basketball player behind me ordered his pizzas and after 5 minutes a regular customer came in and, complaining because he hadn't been able to call to order the pizza, asked to have his quickly, even though he had arrived last. After more than 30 minutes the pizzas are delivered to the basketball player even though he arrived after us. I immediately ask the girl for clarification, she replies that the boy had ordered by telephone... when I heard very well that the order took place orally after ours. At our protest the girl tells us that the pizzas are about to be baked. Another 10 minutes pass and the aforementioned regular customer, who also arrived after us, is served. I point out that the gentleman had arrived later, the girl shrugs. At this point, feeling cheated, we gave up on the pizzas and politely said goodbye and went out. I believe that the customer, when paying for a service, always expects education and should also have a minimum of kindness, courtesy and quality. I believe these are the basis of the rules of trading. Finally, I would like to remind this young lady, probably a little too careless, that without customers her job would also cease. We understand that there may be a mistake, but not repeated and without education. Instead of shrugging he should have at least apologized and made ours immediately.
