The pizza is excellent, I'd say the best in the area. The girl who served me was kind and very nice.
The pizza is sourdough, excellent according to my husband (I can 't eat it). We had two roast chickens with potatoes. And congratulations, the first time the breast was JUICY AND TENDRY, cooked to perfection! Mouth-wateringly perfect! The baked potatoes that accompanied it were delicious! It 's not true that simple things are easy to make; even the most experienced often get them wrong. Well done! Keep it up!
The quality has deteriorated, unfortunately. The marinara, which was among the best in Rome, now has too little sauce and a thinner, less pleasant dough. Plus, the excess oil ruins the whole thing (I left it after two pieces). The fried tagliolini cacio e pepe was full of pepper and arrived cold.
