The reviews looked great and we needed something to eat before checking into our hotel by the airport. Coming from Soverato we drove through dark roads through olive groves, came to a small town and found our restaurant- in a quiet road, inconspicuous... the interior design follows the name The Flying Dutchman, lovingly done, modern, clean.
