Finally we expected a coffee on the list or apologise for the various errors, but nothing. we got the jack and the waiter asking if we wanted a coffee, we agreed and we let them pay if they were not on the current bill. very disappointed. the toilet was absolutely dirty and full of papers to come back on the floor when we don't say goodbye or smile, or invite us to come back. consultancy to make training and try to work together between customer service, timings and smile.
