L 'Oste is different for the food and for the overall experience. Massimo and Maria Luisa offer the dishes of the tradizione romana , executed with art and passion. For me, a romano de roma that lives abroad, dining at L 'Oste is reconnecting with my roots, a trip in my memories, a coming home. If you dine there once, you will want to go back for sure.
